2. In what ways are the condemned man’s perceptions of time and motion distorted as he is waiting to be hanged? He has a flashback of the soldier at his house asking for water.  Also he has a hallucination of him escaping.  This is important because you think that he is getting away but in reality he is about to get hanged.  Also right as he is about to hug his wife, he dies and it snaps to reality.
